At BabyMocs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your little ones. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, unused condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
